Main Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 0.5 cup diced tomatoes
- 0.25 cup chopped red onion
- 0.25 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 avocado sliced
- to serve Lime wedges
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add chickpeas, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
Assemble tacos with chickpeas, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and avocado.
Serve with lime wedges.
