Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Chopped vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, cucumbers)
  • 1 can Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 head Lettuce, leaves separated

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. 2. Add chickpeas and soy sauce to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice and chopped vegetables.
  4. 4. Add the cooked chickpeas to the rice and vegetable mixture. Stir to combine.
  5. 5. Spoon the mixture into lettuce leaves and serve immediately.
