Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
Add bell pepper, cook for another 5 minutes.
Stir in chili powder, cumin, and paprika.
Add red lentils, diced tomatoes, black beans, and vegetable broth.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
