Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 Spaghetti Squash
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  3. Brush the inside of the squash with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the squash halves cut-side down on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, until tender.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Use a fork to scrape the squash into strands.
  6. Serve with marinara sauce and a sprinkle of nutritional yeast.
