  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Liquid smoke
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, maple syrup, liquid smoke, and paprika.
  3. Add coconut flakes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread the coconut flakes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the coconut flakes are crispy and golden brown.
