Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • Optional toppings: avocado, salsa, lime wedges

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  5. Serve the veggie mixture on the tortillas. Add optional toppings if desired.
