Ingredients

  • 2 cups Carrots, cut into fries
  • 2 cups Sweet potatoes, cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the carrot and sweet potato fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are crispy and golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
