Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Quinoa cooked
  • 1 cup Black Beans rinsed and mashed
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Carrot grated
  • ¼ cup Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked quinoa, mashed black beans, breadcrumbs, grated carrot, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
  2. 2. Add olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  4. 4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
  5. 5. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. 6. Serve warm with your favorite burger toppings.
