Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked quinoa, mashed black beans, breadcrumbs, grated carrot, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
2. Add olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
3. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
5. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
6. Serve warm with your favorite burger toppings.
