  • 1 unit Red Bell Pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 unit Yellow Bell Pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 unit Zucchini cut into slices
  • 1 unit Red Onion cut into chunks
  • 8 unit Mushrooms whole
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions

  2. 2. Thread the vegetables onto the skewers, alternating types.
  3. 3. Brush the skewers with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. 4. Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
