Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped apples
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
  • 0.5 cup grapes, halved
  • 0.25 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, combine apples, celery, walnuts, and grapes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix vegan mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
  4. Serve chilled.
