Waldorf Salad Recipe
A classic Waldorf salad made vegan.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped apples
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
- 0.5 cup grapes, halved
- 0.25 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine apples, celery, walnuts, and grapes.
In a small bowl, mix vegan mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
Serve chilled.
