Main Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon honey
1. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
2. Add the grated ginger and reduce the heat. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
3. Strain the mixture into a mug.
4. Stir in the lemon juice and honey.
5. Enjoy warm.
