Warm Lemon Honey and Ginger Soother

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil. 
- 2. Add the grated ginger and reduce the heat. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes. 
- 3. Strain the mixture into a mug. 
- 4. Stir in the lemon juice and honey. 
- 5. Enjoy warm.
