Warm Spinach and Mushroom Salad

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 lb Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 6 cups Baby Spinach
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add mushrooms and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Remove from heat and stir in baby spinach until wilted.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
Serve warm.
