Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
- 0.25 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 0.25 cup Fresh Mint Leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the watermelon, cucumber, red onion, and mint leaves.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice.
3. Season with salt and black pepper. Toss gently to combine.
4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
