Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head Iceberg lettuce cut into wedges
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup Red onion thinly sliced

Blue Cheese Dressing Ingredients

  • ½ cup Vegan mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Vegan sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the iceberg lettuce into wedges and place on plates.
  2. 2. Top with halved cherry tomatoes and thinly sliced red onion.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine vegan mayonnaise, vegan sour cream, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. 4. Drizzle the blue cheese dressing over the salad wedges.
  5. 5. Serve immediately.
