Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 oz whiskey
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • ½ oz aquafaba (chickpea brine) optional, for foam
  • 1 slice lemon for garnish
  • 1 cherry maraschino cherry for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Add whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, and aquafaba to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Dry shake (without ice) for about 15 seconds to create foam.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  5. Garnish with a lemon slice and maraschino cherry.
