Whiskey Sour
A classic vegan whiskey sour recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 2 oz whiskey
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- ½ oz aquafaba (chickpea brine) optional, for foam
- 1 slice lemon for garnish
- 1 cherry maraschino cherry for garnish
Add whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, and aquafaba to a cocktail shaker.
Dry shake (without ice) for about 15 seconds to create foam.
Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a lemon slice and maraschino cherry.
