Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Textured vegetable protein (TVP)
  • 1 cup Hot water
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Liquid smoke
  • 4 Slider buns
  • 1 cup Diced onions
  • 4 slices Vegan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, combine TVP and hot water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to rehydrate.
  2. 2. Add soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and liquid smoke to the TVP. Mix well.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onions and cook until translucent.
  4. 4. Add the TVP mixture to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Place the TVP mixture on the slider buns. Top with vegan cheese slices.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
