Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
 - ¼ cup Nutritional Yeast
 - 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
 - 2 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
 - 2 cloves Garlic, minced
 - 1 teaspoon Salt
 - ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
 
 
1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
4. Gradually whisk in the almond milk, ensuring no lumps form.
5. Add nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens.
6. Serve over your favorite pasta.
