Ingredients 

Wonton Filling

  • 1 cup finely chopped mushrooms
  • 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Soup

  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 20 pieces wonton wrappers

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine mushrooms, cabbage, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  2. 2. Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal the edges with water.
  3. 3. In a pot, bring vegetable broth to a boil. Add soy sauce, ginger, and sesame oil.
  4. 4. Add wontons to the broth and cook for 5-7 minutes until they float.
  5. 5. Add baby spinach and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
