soy sauce

Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine mushrooms, cabbage, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
2. Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal the edges with water.
3. In a pot, bring vegetable broth to a boil. Add soy sauce, ginger, and sesame oil.
4. Add wontons to the broth and cook for 5-7 minutes until they float.
5. Add baby spinach and cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
