Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Vegan yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Fresh herbs (dill, parsley, or cilantro), chopped
In a mixing bowl, combine the vegan yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
Fold in the chopped fresh herbs.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
