- 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
- 0.5 cup Cocoa powder
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon Baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 cups Grated zucchini
- 0.5 cup Non-dairy milk
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a baking pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Add the vegetable oil, vanilla extract, grated zucchini, and non-dairy milk. Mix until well combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
