- 2 large zucchinis cut into fries
- 1 cup breadcrumbs use panko for extra crunch
- ½ cup nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Dip each zucchini fry into the almond milk, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
