Main Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis grated
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
- 0.25 cup nutritional yeast
- 0.25 cup fresh parsley chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Grate the zucchinis and squeeze out excess moisture.
In a bowl, combine grated zucchini, onion, flour, nutritional yeast, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan and flatten slightly.
Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
