  • 4 pieces Zucchini medium-sized
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Slice the zucchinis lengthwise into ¼ inch thick slices.
  3. 3. Brush both sides of the zucchini slices with olive oil.
  4. 4. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. 5. Place the zucchini slices on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until grill marks appear and the zucchini is tender.
  6. 6. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
