  • 4 zucchinis sliced lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush the zucchini slices with the mixture on both sides.
  4. Place the zucchini slices on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until tender and grill marks appear.
  5. Remove from grill and serve immediately.
