Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Dip zucchini slices into the breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides.
Place coated zucchini slices in a baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden and crispy.
Remove from oven and top with marinara sauce and fresh basil.
