Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 large Zucchinis sliced into rounds
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs use vegan breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce
  • ¼ cup Fresh basil chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Dip zucchini slices into the breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides.
  4. Place coated zucchini slices in a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from oven and top with marinara sauce and fresh basil.
