- 2 medium zucchinis cut into sticks
- 1 cup breadcrumbs use gluten-free if needed
- ½ cup nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Dip each zucchini stick into the almond milk, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the coated zucchini sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
