Air Fryer Tofu and Asparagus Scramble Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 block Tofu firm, drained and crumbled
- 1 bunch Asparagus trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled tofu, asparagus pieces, olive oil, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. Place the tofu mixture in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
4. Serve hot and enjoy!
