  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ¼ cup tapioca flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups almond milk
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil, melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your waffle iron.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, tapioca flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Lightly grease the waffle iron with coconut oil.
  6. Pour the batter onto the waffle iron and cook according to your waffle iron's instructions until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
