Instructions
Preheat your waffle iron.

In another bowl, whisk together almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Lightly grease the waffle iron with coconut oil.
Pour the batter onto the waffle iron and cook according to your waffle iron's instructions until golden brown.
