Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Almond Milk
- 1 tablespoon Agar Agar
- 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 tablespoon Probiotic Powder
1. In a saucepan, combine almond milk and agar agar. Heat until it reaches 185°F, stirring constantly.
2. Remove from heat and let it cool to 110°F.
3. Stir in maple syrup and probiotic powder.
4. Pour the mixture into a yogurt maker or a warm place and let it ferment for 8 hours.
5. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
