Ingredients

  • 8 slices bread
  • 2 apples sliced

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond milk, ground flaxseed, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  2. Dip each slice of bread into the mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  4. Cook each slice of bread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. In a separate pan, sauté apple slices with maple syrup until tender.
  6. Serve French toast topped with sautéed apples.
