- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional
1. In a mason jar or bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, diced apple, cinnamon, and maple syrup (if using).
2. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
3. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
4. In the morning, give it a good stir and add chia seeds (if using) before serving.
