Filling
- 6 apples, peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Topping
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup vegan butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine apples, lemon juice, sugar, and cinnamon. Transfer to a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted vegan butter. Sprinkle over the apples.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender.
