Apple Pear Crisp Recipe
A delicious vegan dessert combining apples and pears with a crispy oat topping.

Filling
- 3 apples, peeled and sliced
- 3 pears, peeled and sliced
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Topping
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine apples, pears, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Transfer to a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix oats, almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Spread over the fruit mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is tender.
Let cool slightly before serving.
