Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup cooked and shredded vegan chicken
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, vegan chicken, green onions, cilantro, almonds, and sesame seeds.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, maple syrup, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Pour dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for later.
