Salad Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
Dressing Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 clove minced garlic
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, sliced bell peppers, chopped cilantro, and chopped green onions.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, maple syrup, grated ginger, and minced garlic to make the dressing.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
