Salad Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
Dressing Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, sliced bell peppers, chopped cilantro, and chopped green onions. 
- 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, maple syrup, grated ginger, and minced garlic to make the dressing. 
- 3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. 
- 4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
