  • 1 bunch Asparagus trimmed
  • 8 slices Vegan prosciutto
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of vegan prosciutto.
  3. Place the wrapped asparagus on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the asparagus is tender.
