Avocado Deviled Eggs Recipe
Vegan twist on the classic deviled eggs using avocados.

Main Ingredients
- 2 large Avocados ripe
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Chives chopped, for garnish
1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
2. Scoop out the avocado flesh into a mixing bowl.
3. Add lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
4. Mash the mixture until smooth and well combined.
5. Spoon the avocado mixture into the empty avocado shells or a serving dish.
6. Garnish with chopped chives and serve immediately.
