Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 cups Green beans trimmed
  • 1 cup Peas fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all the vegetables.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread the vegetables on a baking tray in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and slightly browned.
  6. Serve hot.
