Balsamic Glazed Brussels Sprouts Recipe
Delicious roasted Brussels sprouts with a tangy balsamic glaze.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway.
In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and maple syrup. Simmer until reduced by half.
Drizzle the glaze over roasted Brussels sprouts and serve.
