Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 zucchinis, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
3. Add the sliced zucchinis, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and red onion to the bowl. Toss to coat the vegetables evenly.
4. Place the vegetables on the grill. Cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have nice grill marks.
5. Remove the vegetables from the grill and serve immediately.
