  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded jackfruit canned, drained
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Onion small, finely chopped
  • 1 Garlic clove minced
  • 8 Slider buns vegan

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add shredded jackfruit and BBQ sauce, stir well.
  4. Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve the BBQ jackfruit on slider buns.
