  • 4 cups Mixed Berries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • ¼ cup Vegan Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the berries and ½ cup of sugar. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and the remaining ½ cup of sugar.
  4. Add the almond milk and melted vegan butter to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the berry mixture into a baking dish. Drop spoonfuls of the batter over the berries.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the berries are bubbly.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
