Berry Coconut Chia Pudding Recipe

- 1 cup Coconut Milk Full-fat for creamier texture
- 3 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup Or any sweetener of choice
- 1 cup Mixed Berries Fresh or frozen
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup.
Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes, then whisk again to prevent clumping.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Before serving, stir the pudding well and top with mixed berries.
