Blueberry Crumble Recipe
A delicious and easy vegan blueberry crumble.

Crumble Topping
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- ½ cup Vegan butter cold and cubed
Blueberry Filling
- 4 cups Blueberries fresh or frozen
- ¼ cup Granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, and brown sugar. Add the cold, cubed vegan butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix blueberries, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Pour the blueberry mixture into a baking dish.
Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the blueberry mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the blueberries are bubbly.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
