Main Ingredients
- 1 block Extra Firm Tofu drained and crumbled
- 1 cup Chopped Spinach fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Diced Bell Peppers any color
- 1 cup Diced Onions
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Nutritional Yeast
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, crumble the tofu and mix in the chopped spinach, bell peppers, onions, and garlic.
Add the nutritional yeast, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is firm.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
