Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Basil leaves
  • ¼ cup Nutritional yeast
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Steam the broccoli florets until tender.
  2. 2. In a blender, combine steamed broccoli, basil leaves, nutritional yeast, olive oil, and minced garlic. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. In a skillet, sauté the sliced mushrooms until they are golden brown.
  4. 4. Mix the broccoli pesto with the sautéed mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Serve warm and enjoy!
