Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Grated Carrots
- 2 cups Grated Beets
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
1. Grate the carrots and beets.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated carrots and beets.
3. Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
4. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for an hour before serving.
