  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, and paprika until smooth.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing any excess to drip off, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the batter is crispy and golden.
  5. Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss in buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  6. Return the cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
