  • 1 cup Vegan Cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the tomato slices on a baking tray.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes.
  4. Sprinkle the vegan cheese evenly over the tomato slices.
  5. Season with dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
