Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup nutritional yeast
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip cauliflower florets in almond milk, then coat with the dry mixture.
  4. Place coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
