- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup nutritional yeast
- ½ cup almond flour
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix almond flour, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Dip cauliflower florets in almond milk, then coat with the dry mixture.
Place coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
